53:00 Rx Ouch. I think I may have overtrained this week. Perhaps shouldn't climb and work out on the same days, or at least as often. I'm achy everywhere and feeling slow... Bummer. Great work, Cheryl. You smoked it! Good job on finishing, Prasana. I'm glad Elaine talked you into it :)
63 mins, not RX. 10# situp, 35# KB swings set 1 & 2, and the green one on the last set. Thanks Elaine for pushing me on the last one. The KB swings are hard on my lower back for some reason. :-( I was hurting during the runs as well because of that..
40:00. Still nursing my shoulder, so non RX b/c the one armed k. bell swings got to be a bit much half way through - so I switched down to the green bell.
B.A.S. I'm so tired of getting abrasions on the tailbone every time we have a sit-up workout. Anybody else? Jesus, I'm thinking of devising a special crack pad and maybe marketing it to fitness facilities. Could be good. Or could be like the eye-glass holder thingy in Steve Martin's "The Jerk." Hmmm...maybe I'll keep it on the down low. Ev

Prasana only had 25 KB swings to finish so I couldn't let him write DNF on the board! Nice to have Alex, Rebecca & Maeve back.
