95 pound Thrusters, 10 reps
20 Pull-ups

I enjoyed this one, actually. It looked hellish but wasn't all that bad. It would have been brutal, if I'd tried to go fast :)

two rounds rx - trying to take it easy on the shoulder, which held up pretty well - not sure of the time

Jumping pullups, thrusters with a 15# bar - tried to reallly focus on form. Transition times to and from pull-ups were a $#@$ ... and it is best to remember that drinking water right before situps is a BAD idea

DNF in 36:07. 30# dumbbells.

Man, those dumbbell thrusters are TRICKY! Keeping the arms stabilized both laterally and front-to-back was a lot of work.

Rebecca and I are taking off for a week at the beach in Florida tomorrow. Except for burpees, I intend to do a whole lotta NOTHING. I haven't had a full week off exercise since...May...of 2007. So this should either be awesome or extremely frustrating.
