7Pm 1/2 serving Greek yogurt w/ coconut milk, 1/4 cup blueberries 3 almonds = 1 block
10PM 2 oz roast beef, 1 oz cheese, 2 oz carrots, 1 whole wheat tortilla, 1 cup milk = 4 blocks
14 blocks
I also had about 24 pistachios throughout the day
