Day Thirty-Nine & Forty, Vaca Update
I was out of town at Harbin Hot Springs so I did not keep track very well.
Friday: 20 blocks
Workout (1/2 volume):
Five rounds for time of:
25 Squats
15 Pull-ups
8 Handstand push-ups (full ROM!)
Saturday: 15 blocks
Time: 27:35
Workout: run 5K, major elevation changes, maybe 2000 feet total?
