1PM 1/2 balance bar = 1.5 blocks

4PM Cheeseburger, air cooked fries = 4 blocks, too much carb

9PM Chicken Salad Red wine = 3 blocks, too much carb

Block Target = 16 blocks +.5x fat

Block Total = 11.5, too much carb

Workout:

I am quite surprised for someone who works out faithfully that your diet is so small. I also think it is very unhealthy to have a huge gap between your breakfast meal and lunch meal.....if that's what you call it. You should never go longer than 3 hours without eating something, essentially by doing so you are allowing your 'fire' (a.k.a metabolism) to burn out. To optimize your energy and metabolism, eat every 2-3 hours. I noticed you wanted to get your body fat down under 10%. If you leave big gaps btwn. your meals your body will not give up excess body fat stores for energy because it doesn't know when you are going to feed it again. Best way to lose fat is to eat on a routine, your body will trust that you will feed it again before it's starving and release excess fat stores as it needs (i.e. during a workout). You must develop a trusting relationship with you body first. Hope you don't find this comment pushy, just wanted to offer some advice take it as you wish.
Keep up the hard work!
