Day Sixty-Three

Been busy. Last few days between 12-16 blocks.

8AM Breakfast Sandwich on Diabetic Lifestyle Bread (recommended) = 4 blocks

12PM Open-face Roast Beef Sandwich with Cream Cheese, 1 cup ratatouille = 4 bocks
