2PM Broccoli Beef with a bit of rice = 6 blocks
6PM 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 oz almonds, 1/2 cup berries = 2 blocks +1x fat
10PM Meat and Veg + 9 almonds = 3 blocks +1x fat
Blocks = 16 blocks +.75 fat
Workout: none (rest week, last day)
Bike 7 miles, hills, fixed gear
