CrossFit at Ironworks: Video





Fight Gone Bad at Ironworks

7AM Breakfast sandwich, .5 cup milk = 4.5 blocks +1x fat

11AM 7.5 oz lean ground beef, Trader Joe's Thai Green Beans = 5 blocks

5PM Cheesburger = 4 blocks +1x fat

9PM 4 oz chicken, veggies with sauce = 4 blocks



Block Target = 14 blocks

Block Total = 17.5 +.25x fat

Workout: none, rest day.

Nice video Maxi. That looked like a huge turn out for your first class! I'm afriad fight gone bad may have been a little rough for beginners, way to give'em a taste of what a real workout feels like!

18 people. Only two rounds, and we kept the weight light except for Ev and couple other folks.

Nice one! Hope you are doing well. Not doing too much CF these days. AM training for my first Oly meet so no high reps or metcon these days. Things are awesome with me!!

Hey Sarena! I think we met at CF Black Box. Hope you manage to get back into the swing of CF again.
These classes were fun and it's awesome to watch people get turned on to CF for the first time (or for those w/ previous experience--to have access in their very own climbing gym). I think Max is an ideal trainer for a seminal project like this, particularly because it calls on his abundant creativity and leadership. The potential for growth with this is huge. I also foresee a new, climbing Max. Watch out, here comes super-Max :)
