I was extremely run down today, as were my workout partners: we struggled through the WOD after yesterday's Cindy on steroids. I'm still undergoing a lot of stress and don't seem to be able to eat enough, but I did have one good meal.
8AM 1 cup milk = 1 block
Noon 3 cups milk = 3 blocks
6PM 6 oz ground beef, 2 cup broccoli, 1 apple, 1/4 cup coconut milk = 4 blocks
10PM 2 cups milk = 2 blocks
Workout 1: 5x5 Deadlift working up to 235x5
Workout 2: 10 mile bike ride, hills, fixed gear

You sure are drinking a lot of milk. Maybe you should try eggs/egg whites and fruit for breakfast instead. I do that and usually I'm not hungry until after noon.
Wanted to say bye but never got a chance. Hope all is well and good luck with this stuff. I'm missing CFO a lot, but jumped on the Zone bandwagon and started going to the CF NW classes even though they don't do the WOD.
